Mail is shipped from either Bali or Australia as our time is divided here. Domestic shipping includes basic tracking, all overseas packages use tracking, to most countries delivery is 5-10 days but can take up to 3 or more weeks depending on your countries customs. Please include your phone number for tracking. Normal post does not include insurance, if you want insurance please private message me, If you choose to have normal post with no insurance i cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to track the package and make arrangements to be available when delivery is expected. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. If the package is undeliverable due to access issues for the postal service, or if the package is lost in transit no claims can be made for replacement or refund. Please note we are also not responsible for your countries customs costs.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please use our sizing guide or message us with any questions about sizing to avoid sizing issues and extra shipping costs. We are happy to exchange or give store credit, buyer pays all post. Refunds are accepted within 10 days, buyer pays post and item must be returned in same condition and depending on payment type small processing fee may be charged. When it comes to custom orders and sales, these sales are final.
